Curves is a facility specially designed for women that features a 30 minute complete workout and weight management system that is fast, fun, and safe. Northgate Curves is conveniently located off I-5, 2 blocks south of Northgate Mall. Northgate Curves has "CurvesSmart", a computerized personal coaching system that provides detailed reports including the number of calories burned per workout.
Besides strength training, aerobics, and flexibility, Northgate Curves provides nutrition counseling.
