Lady of America Reston, VA is a full service LADIES-ONLY fitness center. Maximize your workout on contemporary strength training equipment sized just for women. Our specialized toning equipment offers 5lb. weight increments as opposed to co-ed clubs whose equipment is sized for men. Our pin-select weight training equipment allows you to increase the intensity of your workout according to your abilities. Our specialized equipment, along with free weights, will offer you just what you need to tone and strengthen your body.
We know you have a busy schedule and making time for fitness and family is sometimes hard. To help ease your schedule, we offer FREE* Childcare with any full-term membership. Your child will be safely looked after by our childcare staff in rooms complete with toys, activities and more. Childcare is available during select hours, please call your nearest location for details.
