Kardiokick is owned by a former fighter (more than 35) fights, and a former United States Marine. There are three levels of training at Kardiokick...k-1is our conditioning program , K-2 is our intro to full contact training and K-3 entry into our sparring program ...the next level above sparring is "Team Sparta" fight club (a division of Kardiokick) we fight provide fighters to fight on cards for boxing(amateur and professional) , MMA( amatuer and Pro) Muy Thai and Pancration.
