We have classes for children, prenatal, mum and baby, mum and toddler, gentle, ashtanga, iyengar and vinyasa. All your needs in one place. Registered Yoga School, U.S.1. Yoga Teacher Training Program is offered annually, commencing in September, following the lineage of Sri Krishnamacharya - combining elements from ashtanga, iyengar and viniyoga. Suitable for those who want to become a registered yoga teacher, or students who wish to refine their own practice. Special guests on the program and workshops offered to teachers and students alike this year include David Keil (Ashtanga and Yoganatomy) and Leslie Kaminoff (Viniyoga and Breathwork).
