Yoga, which means yoke, unites body, mind and spirit utilizing the breath or pranic energy as a tool. The postures (asanas) can be used as a guide, to explore the nature of our body and mind, while helping to create a strong, flexible, centered and focused being. These discoveries can become true revelations for self study and transformation.
The Yoga Studio of the Woodlands has hardwood floors, a soaring ceiling with several skylights and windows that provide lots of natural light. Come visit and look out onto trees and sky while you practice. Our natural surroundings impart a light, fun energy to every class.
We have classes daily and walkins are welcome!
