The Tower of Fitness has a personal training studio as well as a boot camp location in Carrollton. Personal training sessions are scheduled by appointment only, as we serve a large portion of the DFW Metroplex. Our trainers are moms and wives, so we understand that children may need to come too. Therefore, we provide accomodations for them too!
