Creative Pilates Conditioning is a Personal Studio located in the Bay Area and centered between Galveston and Houston, Texas. We are conveniently located to Clear Lake City, Friendswood, Dickenson, Seabrook, and League City.
Our well-educated, certified trainers offer private and small group instruction, utilizing all the equipment of Pilates. We are qualified to handle athletic or rehabilitative conditioning on a one to one basis.
We strive to develop flexibility and muscle tone without adding bulk. Creative Pilates Conditioning is also a training center for "West Coast Pilates" with certifying instructor-trainer and owner, Catherine Shafer.
