In addition to its Cardio Theatre, our club has a new Bose sound system and music video broadcasting system to jazz up your workouts. Spinning classes are held in a unique black-lighted room and group exercise classes include Body Pump and yoga - all taught by certified instructors. Gold's Gym Northeast offers Kids Care, locker rooms with saunas, and a fully stocked juice bar and pro shop for all your fitness needs. 7-Minute tanning beds, and massage therapy are also available for our members.
