Founded in 1999 by Scott Sternthal, U.N.I Training offers certified personal training services to people of all ages and abilities at home, at work, and at our studio in downtown Montreal. Group personal training, as well as facility memberships, are also availible. Our studio is a state-of-the-art fitness facility with top-of-the-line cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Other amenities include free visitor parking, changing/locker rooms with showers, and towel rental service.
