The NAC is a multi-recreational family oriented athletic club offering programs and facililties for all ages. Facilities include 2 fitness centers, two indoor pools, two gymnasiums, an indoor track, a spinning studio, 2 group exercise studios, a Pilates studio, a yoga studio and a boxing ring. In addition, the NAC boasts a 30,000 square foot Youthplex for kids programs including a Tae Kwon Do studio, a gymnastics studio and a dance studio. Childcare is included in the membership as well.
