Focused on maximizing athletic carry-over, Bang utilizes free weights, integrated whole body movement and a variety of unique training tools.

Our certified personal trainers are highly qualified and come from a variety of sporting backgrounds, including mixed martial arts, baseball and cycling. We also offer nutritional consulting (with a registered dietitian), as well as massage and athletic therapy.
Group classes include kettlebells, circuit training and MMA conditioning.
Our gym offers everything an athlete needs to take their training to the next level � from an Olympic platform/bumper set to heart-rate monitors.
There are no membership fees for personal training sessions and no contracts required.
