My name is Marie Caton. I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer & Certified Pilates Instructor. I teach a class called Dynamic Balance through
the Willoughby Rec. Dept. 440-953-4200 that is
$40/mo. 2x/wk evenings t-th, and lunch time at Lakeland.
The classes are mainly pilates with 20 minutes of
cardio kick boxing and sculpting exercises.
