On your first visit we will do a body composition analysis, record your weight, take your measurements and we will continue to do so on a consistent basis. Our phone support provides you with the motivation, nutritional guidance and accountability that is crucial in reaching your goal. We believe that almost all goals are attainable given a well-designed plan and enough time and effort. Daily and weekly checkpoints are crucial to make sure you stay on track. We�re your personal coaches. We keep you accountable, on track and headed in the right direction. |
