All 4 Sports and Fitness is located on Sunrise Hwy in West Islip's Bob's Shopping Center. It is a family owned and operated fitness center dedicated to helping you acheive all your goals through cutting edge programming and equipment in a comfortable, clean, and friendly environment. We offer "results driven" personal training, semi-private training, Fitness Boot Camps, Sports Specific Training and Lessons, Physical Therapy by EXCEL, as well as Children's Fitness and Weight Loss Programs. We also offer Batting Cages, a Rock Climbing Wall, Keiser Performance Trainers, Power Plate Vibrational Training, and the iMett Cardiovascular Analysis. Our coaches and trainers are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists(CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA) as well as certified in Gray Cook's Functional Movement Screen. The club has hosted seminars to some of the biggest names in sports performance trianing such as Mike Boyle of www.michaelboyle.biz, Lee Taft of www.sportsspeedetc.com, Geralyn Coopersmith author of Fit and Female, Anthony Renna of www.bettergolfwithfitness.com, Robert Selders of 3QFitness Consultants, and Ken Croner of Athletes' Performance. Frank Dolan is the Director of Sports and Fitness Programming as well as trainer to several Long Island College and High School Teams. He is currently part of the Athletes' Performance Mentorship Program in Tempe, AZ.
