Our inviting atmosphere is over 16,000 sq feet of State-of-the-Art fitness equipment with industry brand names such as Lift Fitness and Hammer Strength. Spin Classes are included in every level membership and are offered at varying times of the days from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm. The cardio decks are equipped with large 32” flat screen television and no waiting lines. When resting between sets or after workouts we have many current magazines and local papers. Stretch in our private warm-up room with floor mats and fitness balls. Most important our friendly staff and personal trainers are always happy to show you the functions, locations, and types of equipment available to you.
