Millbrook Fitness is a fitness center/health club located in Millbrook, New York. We offer programs for people of all ages. There is a 75' indoor pool offering lap swimming, group and private lessons for children and adults. Our warm water pool is great for people who have back pain or arthritis. We also specialize in personal training, TRX and Pilates reformer tower and mat training. We have a Muscle Activation Techniques Specialists who will treat muscular imbalances and eliminated pain. Our staff is highly qualified and get participants the results they are seeking. There are muliple boot camp programs. MF and helped many people achieve their goals by getting fit and losing weight. We also have a wide range of childrens and teen programs to include fitness for kids and Boot camp for kids.
