Pilates Movement is a full service pilates studio located in Middletown, NY. We offer privates and small group pilates clases. Maximum of 4 clients in small groups to maximize individual attention. Check out our website for our class schedule. As a client of Pilates Movement you have free access to a womens only or seniors only gym, a spa capsule, and sauna. Our facility is unlike any other in the area with a chiropractor, muscle activation techniques, pilates, personal trainers, crossfit, women's gym, seniors gym, spa capsule(massage) and sauna all in the same facility. Right next door to us is the Woodhouse Day Spa and Lil Pumpkins Party and Play.
