Academy of Martial Arts has been offering instruction and training in Ju-Jutsu, Karate, Kobudo Weapons, and Fitness Kickboxing since 1968. Individual Instruction

For optimum fitness you most have low body fat, cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone and flexibility. Our Fitness Kickboxing program will help you attain all four factors for optimum fitness. Kickboxing training by certified martial arts and fitness instructors can be a safe and fun workout program that anyone can learn. We offer a variety of classes with different instructors to keep giving you the ultimate fitness experience. We include bag work, focus mitt, paddle training, resistance band work, along with rhythmic Kickboxing classes. No other workout is more effective or exhilarating!

To make it even easier, we’ll provide you with a daily workbook that will make staying on track as easy as creating your daily to-do list. Plus, the workbook will have an easy-to-follow nutritional program that anyone can complete.

Each week you will have classes and workouts to attend where an instructor will lead you through a group class for kickboxing, boxing, aerobic kickboxing, circuit training, interval and strength training.
