A family owned/operated Health/Gym. Also, have 6 offices for rent and a 2,500sq. ft. room for various types of workshops. Looking to target age 0-senior. Kindermusik program also takes place here every Saturday for ages 0-4. Cardio Cycling Room with the most awesome instructor. Three classes weekly. Also have a second floor of 22,000 pounds of free weights & Hammer Strength equipment. Now forming Boxing classes for the amateur fighter or just for the fitness aspect. Every Saturday at 3pm-5pm. If we don't have it, suggest it. Come join the fun!!!
