Curves for Women, Ladies Workout Express, Slim and Tone, Shapes, It Figures, and
about a half dozen more all offer about the same. We feel we are a step above all of them because we put more time into taking care of you not the business itself. Women's circuit training facilities all do well because there is the need but after awhile the effect is going to wear off because the spark will be gone. Not with us. We keep reinventing ourselves. We do what it takes to keep you motivated. We are not a "cookie cutter" operation. You just have to
