Active Fitness is a family oriented facility that offers a wide variety of services. We offer free daycare, aerobics, yoga, spinning, free personal training. Our cardio equipment is in a 5,000 sq ft greenhouse which offers a very unique atmosphere while working out. Instead of looking at a wall while on a treadmill you are constantly distacted with outdoor events, which also has a roof that is open to an extent depending on weather conditions always allowing fresh air throughout the facility.
