We offer a complete full service gym with many of the amenities found in the large impersonal gyms. The difference is that we are smaller and much more intimate. The average age of our members is 39, not 25 like so many gyms. Top-of-the-line Cybex equipment, a custom floating wood movement studio floor, a separate cardio room with satellite TV, clean locker rooms complete with showers and a vanity area are just a sampling of our commitment to quality.
