Featured as one of the top 5 traditional yoga studios in New Jersey by New Jersey Life magazine, The Princeton Center for Yoga & Health (PCYH) is a yoga and holistic health center located in Skillman, NJ.
Celebrating its 12th year, PCYH opened its doors on September 30, 1996, the first studio of its kind in our area, and has been an oasis of calm, healing, and fun since that time.
The Center offers a variety of yoga, meditation and holistic lifestyle classes and workshops. Its mission is to provide a warm, comfortable, and inviting environment in which to explore different paths to health, healing, and personal growth. In two spacious and light filled studios, PCYH offers a variety of yoga, meditation, belly dance, NIA dance, and holistic lifestyle classes, monthly concerts, kirtan, drumming circles, movie nights, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Yoga MakeOver, and workshops and teacher certification trainings. The Center also provides the community with access to various therapeutic and bodywork practitioners, chiropractic, massage, aromatherapy,as well as a forum to support those practitioners in their work.

At PCYH, in a relaxed, smoke and alcohol free environment, people of all ages and abilities can come out, try something new in their lives, meet new people and have a good time.
