I teach mat based Pilates to beginner and intermediate students. Pilates is beneficial to both men and women, young or old, athletic or sedentary or those in physical therapy.
You will learn proper breathing techniques and the 10 principles of Pilates will be taught. I use the magic circle, balls, fit rollers, roll down bars and bands to increase the challenge or as an assist for a challenging exercise.
When entering the class you will come into a relaxed atmosphere to get your mind and body ready.
Classes are held Monday 7pm, Tuesday 7pm and Thursday 930am. I am currently looking to add Wednesday 1230pm and Friday 430pm to my schedule.
