Fit to be Toned offers a unique way to get in shape! We offer personal training, kickboxing, both group and private - boot camps, Tai Chi, yoga, Cardio classes and more. We are located on S. Commercial Street near WMUR and Fisher Cat Stadium.
We are affilliated with Terry Dow's Academy of Martial Arts and hold all classes at Terry Dow's. We offer children's, teen and adult martial arts classes and also hold a monthly self defense class. Check out our schedule on line at www.fittobetoned.com.
