Our beautiful, intimate, boutique fitness center is located in the upper level of Comprehensive Chiropractic in Eureka. We are right off Highway 44 at 109. Your health is our priority. Through Pilates, yoga, BOSU classes, and massage therapy, your health goals can be perfectly met. Our instructors are certified and experienced. We offer Yoga, Pilates mat, BOSU (a cardio workout with a balance challenge), Pilates group equipment classes, and private lessons. Our classes are intentionally small to ensure individual attention to every client. Our instructors tailor the classes to those present to accomodate for injuries, ongoing health issues and client goals. Our massage therapists offer a variety of therapy choices: Swedish and deep tissue massage, Reiki, reflexology, myofascial release,chair massage, even ear candling. Our newly constructed space is comfortable and quiet and focused on health and wellness. You can purchase health products and tools and accesories for working out, even original artwork displayed in our studio that features local artists.
