I Do Yoga is a power yoga facility. Our classes are geared to help every individual that comes through the door. Power yoga is a physical and mental challenge that will aide in freeing the spirit. We will flow you through a series of poses as we keep you connected with your breath. You will leave knowing more about yourself. You will be moved to increase your strength, flexibility, and balance. Our goal is to leave you feeling invigorated and healthy. We also offer specialized classes ie. prenatal, mom and me, partner, individual training and kids yoga. -See you soon
