When you walk into our gym you will immediately notice the difference. We are open and airy with brightly colored walls. We do not look like a big box gym because we are not. We are designed just for women. From the moment you start to exercise you will notice that there are no men to judge you or gawk at you when working out. We are not an express workout that gets you in and out without making sure you actually accomplish the goal of losing fat and toning up. However, you will accomplish your goals in 3 workouts 3 times a week with Slim and Tone.
