YogaPlus offers beginner and intermediate yoga and pregnancy yoga classes at conveniently located at the Potomac Tennis and the Carderock Springs Clubs, with ample parking and a spacious exercise studios. Our instructors are certified and highly experienced.
Our programs are designed for improving flexibility, posture, strength and relaxation. We have been very successful in helping people with skelatal and muscular injuries and scoliosis.
