Salire’s “Endurance Outdoor Boot Camp”:
is an exciting, intense, focused group exercise session where clients receive functional weight training, calisthenics, obstacle course work, light jogging, sports specific exercises, and great cardio vascular work!
Our exercise sessions are “Challenge by Choice”, which means that we as your “Boot Camp Facilitator” will be calling off exercises and reps, evaluating your form, encouraging your efforts, demonstrating each exercise thoroughly, and challenging you to “Be All that You Can Be”, as your body allows.
We tell each of our clients that they can expect to receive from the Boot Camp what they actively contribute, and that the Boot Camp is a “Competition with One”, as we understand that everyone is not currently at the same fitness level.
So, as you come out for the “Endurance Outdoor Boot Camp”, come prepared to work, come prepared to have fun, come prepared to be challenged, come prepared to perform at a high level, but by all means……Come!!
