Shelby - Fit For Life origionally opened as a small (1200 sq ft) personal training facility 3 years ago. With the demise of 3 different health clubs (old and upstarts) in our small town - we have expanded to accomodate those displaced members and have expanded our facility and offerings to meet the Health Club needs of the community and still keep that personal touch by staffing with certified personal trainers during prime hours, and offering keyless entry from 5am - 11pm daily.
