Indy Cardio-Kickboxing
Cardio-Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat and having fun! Classes will spend time kicking and punching weighted, padded targets with personal instruction to ensure proper form. Learning the correct execution of the punch and kick combinations makes for a more intensive workout, that can help you become stronger and more confident. Classes will also incorporate a variety of exercises from different styles including Bootcamp, Pilates and Yoga to create a total body workout.
Boxing For Fitness
Boxing for Fitness class is designed for those who want to take their boxing skills to the next level. Our classes will focus on learning advanced combinations, proper footwork, heavy-bag drills, partnered focus mitt drills and intense physical conditioning. Don't let the pink fool you, this class will make you train like a boxer, look like a boxer and have a better understanding of the sport itself.
Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Our martial-arts program for kids is an ideal way to incorporate exercise, practice leadership, while having fun! They will develop essential “life skills” indluding self-defense, confidence, conflict resolution and more! Help your children to reach their fullest potential with a martial arts curriculum designed just for them!
