Core Pilates and Fitness is located in Carmel, Indiana near Vine and Table and MacNamara Florist. We have state of the art Pilates Reformers & Towers as well as cardio eqiupment. Clients enjoy customized programs suited for their individual needs. Head trainer, Sean Bartram, is an ex-professional soccer player who has extensive experience and training in Pilates and the field of Physical Fitness. His programs build upon the elements of Classical Pilates, incorporating aspects of Personal Training and Dance.
