Fitness Advantage Memberships include complimentary orientation on the area's most popular exercise equipment with personal instructors. This orientation will teach you how to use the equipment, proper technique, basic training principles and fitness etiquette. This facility also features a 30-minute hydraulic room and tanning. Child care is also available.
