Our free equipment orientation with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer is done in a group setting and is a great start to get going. Personal Trainers can work with you to develop a plan for your specific health and fitness goals. We have state-of-the-art cardio, selectorized strength machines, cable machines & free weight equipment. Each piece of cardio equipment - Treadmills, Stationary & Recumbent Bicycles, Treadclimbers and Ellipticals - are equipped with your very own television screen complete with cable TV.
Group exercise classes include: Yoga, Pilates, Dance Fitness, Group Cycling, Core, Muscle Overload & More! These classes are taught by Nationally Certified Instructors and provide direction for your workouts. There are no sign-ups, registration or additional charges, everything you will need is provided for you - Just show up!
Kids Club is available to members and guests at a nominal fee. We can accept children 4 months to 12 years old.
If tanning is of interest to you, we offer lay down or stand up tanning in a Light Stream Sun Capsule. Tanning is open to members and non-members and childcare is available for a nominal additional charge.
Our locker rooms are equipped with spa like amenities: complimentary workout and shower towel service, daily locker usage, shampoo, body wash, hair-dryers, etc. We provide a clean, well-maintained environment for you to enjoy while working towards your health and fitness goals.
