We are a womens only fitness center. We provide Circuit training with special attention from our fitness instructors. We have the state of the art cardio equipment. A kids room with lots of fun things to do and you can see your little ones while you are working out. Our locker room has a beautiful vanity with all the things you need to pamper yourself as well as clean showers and towels are provided for you. Massages are available by appointment. If you haven't tried a Far Infared Sauna you are in for something special. Our sauna helps burn calories and reduce cellulite by warming the body from the inside out. Its incredible. We do have a tanning bed just incase you need some color. The best part of this club is the staff. We pride ourselves on being friendly and happy to help.
