Aventura Fitness is located in Meridian, Idaho (SW corner of Eagle RD. and Fairview, behind dKrispie Kreme) and is the Treasure Valley's newest and most inovative fitness center. We've taken out all the usual treadmills and circuit machines that are boring and rarely produce results. Our goal is to provide each client with a unique experience, produce results, using fun and challenging equipment. With small group sessions as well as 1 on 1 training there's something for everyone. Everything is adjustable to any ability for both men and women of all ages. We're the only place in Idaho with a full TRX Suspension Training system.
