The L C Yoga Center is the most exciting place to get yourself in shape in the LC Valley. We offer Ashtanga yoga, a life-inspiring practice, taught by highly qualified teachers. Meditation classes on the weekends, with morning Mysore Ashtanga classes during the week and an array of beginner-intermediate-advanced classes both morning, mid-day, and evening. Our instructors have trained in the style of yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and recognize the system of ashtanga. Yoga is about life, about living, and at the Center we are bringing more and more life to the people that come here.
