Barefoot Fitness is a unique fitness program that focuses on the whole person. Barefoot does not necessarily mean we work out barefoot but refers to a belief that I came to while personally battling cancer. I learned during my battle with cancer just what the bare essentials are to being fit not just physically but mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Barefoot Fitness is a "Lifestyle", not just an excercise program; it is a sifting through the unnecessary to find what really matters.
