The KBX GYM is your answer to fitness, conditioning and self-defense.
The KBX Gym has over 10,000 square feet providing a 1/10 mile walking/jogging track, Kickboxing, Boxing, Weights, Ellipticals, Personal Training and Self-Defense as a foundation for achieving the goals of conditioning, weight loss, and self-esteem. We have over 40 classes per week or just work out on your own.
Our facility is family friendly. We have classes for kids and adults. Come in and have the best workout experience you have ever had in a gym.
