Pilates by Liz is located in the Miami Area. Liz works out of two locations. First we have the 60,000 square ft. healthy fitness facility in the prestigious University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine and the other is in the Doral area. We have both private and gorup mat and reformer classes. Pilates by Liz has been rated in the Top 5 best pilates studios and trainers in South Florida.
