Delray Fitness is a Full service fitness center. It is over 35,000sq.ft The facility has two areas for strength training. One for free weights and the other for machiens. They carry the latest equitment from Cybex,Freemotion,Hammer Strength, Atlantis etc..Over 50 pieces of cardio equitment including stair climbers, elipticals, treadmills amd much more. The child care center is wonderful and there is no additional charge. The mens and the womens locker room each have there own steam room and sauna. There are over 40 aerobic classes per week. And their certified personal trainers will put you on the right track to make sure you hit your goals.
They will customize a workout program especially for you and also teach you how to eat healthy. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. And as far as the memberships go they have memberships designed to fit everyones budget. So dont hesitate to come see us, you have no more excuses!
