Since 1992, the Martial Arts Center for Health has been the best way to get healthy and fit in central Florida. Located in Altamonte Springs, but convenient to Winter Park, Longwood, Maitland, Apopka, Casselberry and Lake Mary, the Martial Arts Center for Health specializes in the health and healing aspects of martial arts, not the fighting and competition. We help families, some with three generations training in our Center, release stress, build energy, increase flexibility, strength, coordination, confidence and learn self defense in a safe nurturing environment. Our students consistently talk about "feeling the best they have ever felt" regardless of age or physical condition when they started.
We have many physicians who train here and refer their patients here for healing and development. Many of our students have come here because they are in a lot of pain or discomfort and after watching our videos, understand this is a place where they will be treated with care, respect and dignity and encouraged to move at the pace that is right for them.
