Yoga for Everybody, a Kripalu affiliated studio, is located in the heart of downtown Fairfield at 27 Unquowa Road. 15+ instructors offer classes 7 days a week. All levels are welcome in classes ranging from Intro to Yoga, Extra Gentle, Viniyoga, Anusara, Core, Vinyasa, Pre-Natal, and Family Yoga to Mommy & Me and mediation in a clean, well-equipped space. Yoga on the beach is held during July and August.
