The Boulder Quest Center offers To-Shin Do martial arts, meditation, yoga, and kickboxing classes. Our classes start at age 4 for our Mighty Dragons. Ages 7 to 15 train in our youth program. Adults have seperate, personalized instruction. Classes are a mixture of high energy drills, partner work, and social conditioning. Bridging the gap between the timeless wisdom of the East and the fresh pragmatism of the West, Boulder Quest programs explore the fullness of human potential. Martial technologies and mind skills allow you to evolve into a tatsujin--a fully actualized human operating effectively in all areas of life.
