University of Sports, Health, Sthletic & Sports Club in Rohnert Park is the most family freindly club in sonoma County. We offer over 200 free classes for adults and 75 free classes for kids each month. The club features a three weight rooms, a women friendly zone, indoor nike turf soccer feild, hardwood basketball courts, 2 aerobic or group exercise studios, a spinning room, air powered machines, two decks of cardio, wonderful, safe and friendly certified child care and programs, sports camps and leagues for kids and adults, flag football, cardio and other great programs including a full servicesday spa, Chiropractor, Maui Wowi Coffee and Smoothies and steam, jaccuzzi and sauna.
