MissFit Pilates Studio offers Certified Classical NY Pilates Instruction by elite athlete/instructor. All Apparatus and Auxillary equipment incorporated for a complete workout of the body, mind and spirit. plyometrics and aerial components are also incorporated, as well as free weights and matwork.
