Personal Touch Training Services is primarily a mobil training service. We have workout equipment (free wts., bands, medicine balls, fitness balls, Body Domes). We travel to various client's homes and/or businesses. We are very flexible and love to work with people on an individual basis or in groups. Periodically we put on 6 week "Fitness Bootcamps" throughout San Diego and welcome anyone who is interested in trying it!
