Fit Zone for WomenŽ is a 3,500-4,000 square foot full-service fitness and nutritional weight loss salon for women. Fit Zone for WomenŽ incorporates a 30-minute full-body circuit training workout program utilizing state-of-the-art health club-quality equipment, a variety of group exercise and aerobic programming (including FREE Yoga and Pilates) and a full line of cardiovascular equipment complete with locker and dressing room facilities. We are an Apex authorized nutrition and supplement facility!
