Fitness MD offers two different membership types:
GYM MEMBERSHIP . . .
Coming in February 2008, Fitness MD will offer a full gym with free weights, strength training machines, cardio machines, weight lifting platforms, and stretching areas. Full locker rooms with showers and kids club will also be available. All new members will receive a FREE four week start-up exercise program, including two sessions with a personal trainer.
FIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP . . .
